SHIPPING POLICY

We offer reliable shipping worldwide. US orders will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days and international orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of himalayanhoney.com. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the USPS. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Himalayan Honey Fulfillment Center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and the USPS.

•⁠  ⁠There may be occasional delays due to awaiting stock.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

General Terms

We offer a 14-day return policy for all unopened items. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their shipment to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued as either a monetary reimbursement or product replacement.

Return Process
Returns are accepted on a case by case bases and are generally only accepted in extremely rare cases.

1.⁠ ⁠The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


2.⁠ ⁠Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.


3.⁠ ⁠All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery. For packages already received, unfortunately, we most likely will not be able to refund or accept a return unless there's an issue with the item.

 

While all sales are generally considered final, we strive to find mutually acceptable solutions when issues arise.

Additional Policies

•⁠  ⁠Refunds, returns, and replacements are not automatically granted and must be approved by our team.


•⁠  ⁠All refund requests must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


•⁠  ⁠Valid reasons for returns or replacements are determined at the discretion of our team.


•⁠  ⁠Support for orders is not guaranteed beyond 15 days if the customer fails to report any issues within that timeframe.


•⁠  ⁠The buyer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Our team's assistance in cases of incorrect address submission is discretionary.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders globally. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days; peak periods may require additional processing time.

• US deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days; international deliveries arrive within 2–3 weeks.


• Once orders leave our facility, they become the carrier’s responsibility. Contact the carrier directly for any post‑shipment issues.


• Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number active within 24–72 hours.


• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. Ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure; signature‑required delivery is available for an additional fee.


• Customer‑Error Returns: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will issue a refund minus courier and packing fees.


• Damaged or Faulty Items: Report damage or defects within 6–12 hours of receipt to info@himalayanhoney.com with photos and order details for a refund or replacement.


• Occasional Delays: There may be occasional delays due to stock availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


• Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@himalayanhoney.com with a photo and order details. Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.


• Health & Safety Products: Opened or used personal care items are not eligible for return or refund.


• No Refunds for Accidental Orders or Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for ordering errors or buyer’s remorse.

Cancellation Policy


• Before Shipment: Cancel after payment but before dispatch for a full refund (bank processing may take up to 7 working days).


• After Shipment: Cancellations are not accepted once shipped; no refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

Additional Policies


• Non‑returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.


• Exchanges: Replacements may be sent without return of the original item if approved.


• Address Accuracy: Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Assistance with mis‑shipments is discretionary.
